Every year, TESDA Pasay–Makati, embarks on an activity to foster camaraderie among the staff and partners commonly known as Team Building. This is in accordance with the Civil Service as a way of energizing and refreshing staff and leaders.

For this year, the destination was in the Ilocos Province. Important highlights of the itinerary was a benchmarking activity at the TESDA Vigan and TESDA Ilocos Norte. The staff were guided and toured by the TESDA provincial counterparts on Quality systems in order to learn and gain knowledge on how other regions’ provincial offices implement QMS and maintain ISO Certification . The activity was both informative, refreshing and enjoyable. Really a breath of fresh air.
